What to expect in class...

ANATOMY

Gain confidence in your knowledge of the anatomy of the glutes, how they get full of tension, and how to effectively release that tension to help your clients feel their best.

SYMPTOMS

Understand the symptoms of glutes tension (AKA trigger points) and what your clients will tell you so you know to release the glutes (hint: it's not just a pain in the hips!)

DEMONSTRATION

Students will feel confidence in knowing where to actually begin this treatment (hint: it's NOT the glutes!) and then each of the steps necessary to balance the tensional system around the glute muscles.  This is amazing work!  Your clients will LOVE this!

STRESS AND TREATMENT

All our classes are trauma informed.  Pain and trauma activate stress which activates tension in the body.

Students gain skills to soften the clients' nervous systems to ease that tension.  All your work, with every single client,

is more effective.

About Releasing the Glutes

Live In-person Training

7 CEs  NCBTMB

Many of our clients come to us with terrible hip issues, which are really terrible glute issues.  And the thing about the glutes is, there are really very specific places that you need to soothe and release if you really want to be effective and help your clients.  I want to teach you right where to go with your work.

As with any area of the body, we also have to think outside the box.  We can't limit our view to only the muscles that are calling out with pain or dysfunction.  It's important to see what muscles are pulling on the glutes in the first place, which muscles are creating that hip issue.  And then it's helpful to understand why those muscles are pulling.  Once you know that, then you know where to start and how to proceed with the greatest efficiency and effectiveness.

This training will cover all of these topics, as well as demos of the most wonderful hip work that will actually create immediate change in your clients.   Master this, and you will have a steady stream of clients because they will tell everyone they know how much you helped them get rid of that nagging pain in their butt!
