RELEASING THE QUADRICEPS AND HAMSTRINGS

NCBTMB 2 CE

Want to help your clients with hamstring pulls?  Knee pain?  Knee giving out?  Pain when they walk and go up or down stairs?

I want to show you how.

HELPING YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE

MY TEACHING IS NOT SIMPLY SHOWING YOU ANATOMY PICTURES AND THEN DEMONSTRATING TECHNIQUE.

MY GOAL FOR YOU IS TO REALLY GAIN DEEP UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE MUSCLES YOU ARE WORKING WITH, HOW THEY DEVELOP TENSION AND CAUSE YOUR CLIENTS' PAIN, AND HOW TO EFFECTIVELY RELEASE THAT TENSION TO CREATE GREATER EASE IN YOUR CLIENTS.

Here's a glimpse at what you'll be getting in the online version of

Releasing the Quadriceps and Hamstrings

ANATOMY

In the PowerPoint portion of the training, I teach you where these muscles live and what they do

We also explore how tension in these muscles causes knee dysfunction, hip flexor issues, and more.

WHERE ISSUES BEGIN

You will learn the most common ways that injuries occur in these muscle groups and what symptoms your client will show up with when they need some good work.

WHERE TO BEGIN

Sometimes the order of how you do things is very important, and this is true of the hamstrings and quadriceps.  Learn the best way to be most effective!

DEMONSTRATION

I clearly show you how to warm up the muscles, how to seek for trigger points, where they tend to form, and how to release them.  I also instruct you on how to set up your client to receive the treatment, prone, supine, and side lying.

About Releasing the Quads and Hammies

2 CEs  NCBTMB

"I have loose hamstrings!"  Said no one.  Ever.  The hamstrings are taking a beating with modern life and I want to teach you some great techniques to release the pull of the hammies on the pelvis, the sitting bones, and how alleviating that pull can create much more ease in your clients.

The quadriceps are the main cause of knee pain and dysfunction and knowing how to effectively treat all the quads, which includes side lying to address Vastus Lateralis properly, will help you get 5 STARS from your clients and boost your effectiveness, and your business.  Because when it comes down to it, being GOOD at what you do is the best marketing of all.

By working well on the quads and hamstrings, you will help your clients with knee pain, knee buckling, hamstring pulls, hip flexor tension, and pain when walking up and down hills/stairs.  By releasing these muscles, you reduce pull on the pelvis which alleviates low back pain.

I'm excited to help you learn these techniques!

Once you purchase the course, you will receive an email detailing how to access your online membership page.  You have lifetime access to this membership site and can watch the classes as many times as you want.
