Move

"Moving your body throughout your day is essential to feeling well.  Get up and dance. Do some strengthening for one minute. Do some range of motion for one minute. Just get up and move.

Nothing replaces movement.

There is not one simple movement you can do at the end of a long day of sitting, or standing, to erase all the stillness out of your body.

Stillness is stiffness. Motion is lotion."

Movement breaks for your day

Do one of these, or have a dance party, or make up your own thing, at least every hour. 

You can add in a movement break every time you go to the bathroom, every time you brush your teeth, or whenever you put down your phone. Add a movement break to something you already do!
