TRIGGER POINT THERAPY FOR CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

Mon., Sep 30 10am-6pm   7CEs NCBTMB

Carpal tunnel surgery is the SECOND most common type of surgery in the US.  More than 8 million people are affected each year. (Bureau of Labor Statistics reports.)  YOU can help your clients AVOID surgery if you learn these simple techniques.  I want to show you how.

HELPING YOU BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE

MY TEACHING IS NOT SIMPLY SHOWING YOU ANATOMY PICTURES AND THEN DEMONSTRATING TECHNIQUE.

MY GOAL FOR YOU IS TO REALLY GAIN DEEP UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE MUSCLES YOU ARE WORKING WITH, HOW THEY DEVELOP TENSION AND CAUSE YOUR CLIENTS' PAIN, AND HOW TO EFFECTIVELY RELEASE THAT TENSION TO CREATE GREATER EASE IN YOUR CLIENTS.

Here's a glimpse at what you'll be getting in the LIVE version of

Trigger Point Therapy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

ANATOMY

In the PowerPoint portion of the training, I teach you how imbalanced tension between the wrist and finger flexors and extensors can lead to this disabling condition.

CAUSES

Women are three times more likely to have this condition than men.  And typing is NOT the leading cause.  We explore this form of tendinitis and learn what actually causes this syndrome.  Find out more in the class!

SYMPTOMS

Students will learn the pain referral patterns of the flexors and extensors, what someone with carpal tunnel experiences, how to differentiate it from other things like scalenes nerve entrapment.

DEMONSTRATION

I clearly show you how to palpate these muscles, where the trigger points tend to locate, and how to release them.  I have seen this treatment offer INSTANT relief many many times.

About Trigger Point Therapy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

7 CEs  NCBTMB

In this one day LIVE training, I guide students through the anatomy of the carpal tunnel, the median nerve, and the wrist and finger flexors and extensors.

You will learn how various kinds of tension in the neck and shoulder can make people THINK they have carpal tunnel and how to differentiate it from other things.  You will also learn how tendinitis begins and how to relieve it.

Many clients with carpal tunnel syndrome are given wrist or elbow braces that don't really work for lasting and true relief.  In this class you will learn why that is and what actually DOES help.

After I give you all that anatomy background and talk about what causes tension in these muscles, I then guide you through each step of the protocol, including some fascial stripping of the muscles to separate the tissues, and trigger point location and release.

You really CAN help most people with carpal tunnel syndrome. It's actually pretty simple, with a little understanding.  I want to show you how.
