The Sciatica Healing Journey looks like this:

Specific guided practices to help get you out of pain for good.
Weekly ZOOM gatherings: we do a short practice together, Cat introduces the next phase of the healing journey, Q&A
Lifetime Membership: You will always have access to the membership and practices. A few years from now after you've been pain free and are no longer following the videos regularly, you might travel or take a fall and your body might want to re-ignite your sciatica symptoms. Each week will focus on a different aspect of how to address sciatica pain.
Movement breaks that must be taken throughout the day, every day, to hydrate and free the tissues. These are often missing in treatment protocols.

About Cat Matlock

Cat Matlock is the founder, lead therapist and instructor at FreeBody Trigger Point Massage Clinic and Training Center in Asheville, NC. Since 1993, she has helped tens of thousands of people move more freely and get out of pain. Cat has continuously studied the body and mind (and heart), developing her methods of addressing dysfunction, injury, and chronic pain.
