A curated treatment plan specific to your needs and goals. After your first meeting, Cat will email you a detailed step-by-step program for you to follow. No need to guess any longer. You receive your personalized program within 48 hours of the first meeting.
Instructional Videos

Your treatment plan will come with videos of the specific movement breaks, posture lessons, breathing techniques, guided meditations, and self-trigger point release techniques that are best for you. Cat guides you every step of the way.

Meet Cat Matlock

Cat Matlock is the founder, lead therapist, and instructor at Free Body Trigger Point Massage Clinic and Training Center in Asheville, NC. She expertly guides her students and clients through simple practices to regain control of their nervous systems, get out of pain, and take their lives back. For 30 years, Cat has worked in the field of healing chronic pain and suffering as a Trigger Point Massage Therapist. She is also a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist, a certified Overcoming Anxiety™ facilitator, and is a 2022 graduate of Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy training. She is a national ERYT-500 yoga instructor and has taught yoga, meditation, anatomy, self massage and injury rehabilitation to thousands of students. She weaves together her vast knowledge of pain and the physical body with current understanding of trauma, healing, stress, and the nervous system.
